line-height: 2em;">僅僅三年時(shí)間，在王軍總的指揮下，張磊和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)一起就完成了項(xiàng)目的頭三步重要規(guī)劃：在香港上市的秘魯銅礦私有化并退市；將其裝入境內(nèi)中國銅業(yè)；協(xié)調(diào)云南方面配套注入了云冶集團(tuán)和其它資產(chǎn)到中國銅業(yè)。在多部門的通力合作下，中國銅業(yè)從幾億資產(chǎn)擴(kuò)張為超千億，不僅成為了中鋁集團(tuán)旗下規(guī)模最大的公司，也開始為整體上市做規(guī)劃，張磊表示，“我非常高興在這個(gè)過程扮演了核心角色，并積攢了處理復(fù)雜交易的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。”</p> <p style="text-align: justify;
