“碳中和”是人類發(fā)展的一個(gè)偉大歷史進(jìn)程，它不僅帶來(lái)了一場(chǎng)能源革命，更是一場(chǎng)深刻的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)性變革。近年來(lái)，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)為展示自身的社會(huì)責(zé)任，開(kāi)始關(guān)注低碳制造，以應(yīng)對(duì)來(lái)自政府、社會(huì)及公眾的壓力。蠶桑絲綢產(chǎn)業(yè)天然具有綠色、低碳、環(huán)保等可持續(xù)特性。在國(guó)際絲綢聯(lián)盟、國(guó)際蠶業(yè)委員會(huì)等國(guó)際組織的倡議下，各絲綢生產(chǎn)國(guó)先后開(kāi)展絲綢產(chǎn)品的生命周期評(píng)價(jià)研究，即從全生命周期角度，量化與評(píng)價(jià)絲綢產(chǎn)品在原材料獲取、工業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工、銷(xiāo)售、使用、廢棄和回收再利用等環(huán)節(jié)的碳足跡、水足跡、化學(xué)品足跡和社會(huì)責(zé)任等，為絲綢產(chǎn)品的綠色設(shè)計(jì)、綠色制造和綠色消費(fèi)提供重要支持，以實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境、綠色發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。

為支持和宣傳推廣“絲綢可持續(xù)”工作，同時(shí)紀(jì)念《絲綢》創(chuàng)刊65周年，浙江理工大學(xué)聯(lián)合國(guó)際絲綢聯(lián)盟共同發(fā)布《絲綢》2021特刊。特刊從行業(yè)瞭望、國(guó)際絲綢可持續(xù)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)、專題報(bào)告等方面匯聚了最權(quán)威、最前沿的絲綢可持續(xù)研究智力成果。特刊封面以“海洋碳匯”為主題，畫(huà)面中的海藻、珊瑚礁、海草床、紅樹(shù)林等都是海洋固碳的主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，鮮活的海洋生物是人類與海洋和諧共生的最佳例證。絲絲如綢的海草，可愛(ài)的海洋生物，旨在呼吁人們的環(huán)保意識(shí)，抵制過(guò)量碳排放，提倡碳中和的環(huán)保新生活，讓人類賴以生存的地球家園永葆生機(jī)。

“Carbon neutrality” marks a great historical course which has not only brought an energy revolution buta profound economic and social systemic change. In response to pressure from the government, society and the public, an increasing number of enterprises and institutions have turned their attentions towards low carbon manufacturing to demonstrate their social responsibilityin recent years. The sericulture and silk industry is endowed with such sustainable characteristics as green, low carbon and environmental protection. To respond to proposals launched by international organizations such as International Silk Union (ISU) and International Sericultural Commission (ISC), various silk producing countries have performed study on life circle assessment (LCA) of silk products successively by quantifying and evaluating carbon footprints, water footprint, chemical footprint, social responsibility, etc. during raw material acquisition, industrial production and processing, sales, use, discard, recycling, and other stages from the perspective of full life circle, rendering critical support for green design, green manufacturing and green consumption of silk products so as to achieve the goals of resource conservation, environmental protection and green development.

To support and promote the work on “silk sustainable development” and to commemorate the 65th anniversary of The special issue gathers the most authoritative and cutting-edge intellectual achievements of sustainable silk research from the perspectives of industry outlook, international silk sustainable development trends, special reports and so on. As live marine creatures are the best example of harmonious coexistence between human beings and the ocean, the cover is themed “ocean carbon sink”, on which seaweed, coral reefs, seagrass beds, mangroves, etc. play a key role in ocean carbon sequestration. Silk-like seaweed and lovely marine creatures on the cover are aimed to call on people’s environmental awareness, curb excessive carbon emissions, advocate a new environment-friendly life of carbon neutralization, and give the Earth, the only home of human beings a chance.

背景資料：

碳中和（Carbon neutrality）是指企業(yè)、團(tuán)體或個(gè)人預(yù)算在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)，直接或間接產(chǎn)生的溫室氣體排放總量，通過(guò)植樹(shù)造林、節(jié)能減排形勢(shì)，抵消自身產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳排放量，實(shí)現(xiàn)二氧化碳“零排放”?！疤歼_(dá)峰”（Emission peak）是指在某一時(shí)點(diǎn)二氧化碳排放不再增長(zhǎng)，達(dá)到峰值之后逐步回落的現(xiàn)象。2020年12月12日，聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)氣候雄心峰會(huì)在線上舉行。我國(guó)在會(huì)上宣布“力爭(zhēng)2030年前二氧化碳排放達(dá)到峰值，努力爭(zhēng)取2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和”；2021年4月22日，《巴黎協(xié)定》簽署五周年之日，中國(guó)國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出席領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人氣候峰會(huì)，首次提出構(gòu)建“人與自然生命共同體”。并表示，生態(tài)文明建設(shè)以及綠色能源和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，也是中國(guó)“一帶一路”倡議的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。
