School Introduction

浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)院前身為1980年成立的工業(yè)管理系,以打造“致力于中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的國(guó)際知名商學(xué)院”為愿景。40多年來(lái),學(xué)院始終堅(jiān)持“厚德健行”的校訓(xùn)和“博學(xué)經(jīng)世”的院訓(xùn),以浙江精神辦學(xué),與浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng),立足浙江,面向全國(guó),走向世界,培養(yǎng)了一大批創(chuàng)新型復(fù)合型高層次管理人才,是國(guó)內(nèi)中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)、住房與城市發(fā)展、民營(yíng)企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型與國(guó)際化等領(lǐng)域的重要研究基地和智庫(kù)。
The School of Management at Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT-SOM), formerly known as the Department of Industrial Management, was established in September 1980 with the vision of building an internationally renowned business school dedicated to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the past 40 years, ZJUT-SOM has always adhered to the university motto of "Value and Preach the Virtues" and the school motto of "Erudition and Statecraft", running the school in Zhejiang spirit, interacting with Zhejiang economy, based in Zhejiang, facing the whole country, and going to the world. ZJUT-SOM, which has fostered large numbers of innovative and compound high-level management talents, is an important research base and think tank in the fields of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, housing and urban development, digital transformation, and the internationalization of private enterprises in China.
學(xué)院設(shè)有工商管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)、工程管理等4個(gè)本科專(zhuān)業(yè),皆為國(guó)家一流本科專(zhuān)業(yè);擁有工商管理博士后科研流動(dòng)站,工商管理一級(jí)學(xué)科博士點(diǎn),管理科學(xué)與工程一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn),MBA、MPAcc、工程管理、物流工程專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士研究生項(xiàng)目。工商管理、管理科學(xué)與工程均入選為浙江省一流學(xué)科,2021年軟科中國(guó)最好學(xué)科排名中工商管理學(xué)科位列全國(guó)第19位。2021年軟科中國(guó)大學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)排名中工商管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、工程管理等3個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)均居A檔,信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)位居B+。MBA項(xiàng)目2015年通過(guò)AMBA國(guó)際認(rèn)證。
Currently, the school has four undergraduate majors: Business Administration, Financial Management, Information Management & Information Systems, and Engineering Management. All are national-level, first-class undergraduate majors. The school also has a post-doctoral research station in Business Administration, a first-level doctorate program in Business Administration, a first-level master’s degree program in Management Science and Engineering, and professional master’s programs in MBA, MPAcc, Engineering Management, and Logistics Engineering.Business Administration ranks 19th in China in the 2021 Soft Science China Best Discipline Ranking. Business Administration, Financial Management, and Engineering Management ranked A level in the major ranking of Chinese Universities in 2021; at the same time, Information Management and Information Systems ranked B + level. Our MBA program was certified as an AMBA international certification in 2015.
目前,學(xué)院全日制在校本科生1200余人,博士和學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生376人,MBA、MPAcc、工程管理、物流工程等專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士超過(guò)1500人。包括中國(guó)中小企業(yè)研究院、中國(guó)住房和房地產(chǎn)研究院,學(xué)院教職員工163人,其中專(zhuān)任教師127人,教授29人,副教授35人,具有博士學(xué)位的教師110人。國(guó)家萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃哲社領(lǐng)軍人才1人、國(guó)家萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃青年拔尖人才1人,享受?chē)?guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼1人,教育部高等學(xué)校工商管理類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)教指委委員1人,省萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃社科領(lǐng)軍人才1人,省萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃青年拔尖人才2人,省有突出貢獻(xiàn)中青年專(zhuān)家1人,省宣傳文化系統(tǒng)“五個(gè)一批”人才1人,省151人才20余人,擁有全國(guó)“三八紅旗手”1名,科睿唯安高被引、愛(ài)思唯爾高被引學(xué)者3人,省高校高水平創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)2個(gè)。
Fornow, we have more than 1,200 full-time undergraduates, 376 doctorate and academic master candidates, and nearly 1,500 students in professional master’s degree programs in MBA, MPAcc, Engineering Management, Logistics Engineering, and other majors. There are 163 faculty members in ZJUT-SOM (including the China Institute of Small and Medium Enterprises and the China Institute of Housing and Real Estate), including 127 full-time teachers, 29 professors, 35 associate professors, and 110 teachers with doctoral degrees. Our faculty members have received many honorary titles, including 1 Leading Talents of the National Key Talents Program, 1 National Ten Thousand Talents Program Top Young Talent, 1 scholar who enjoys special allowance of The State Council, 1 member of the Ministry of Education\'s Higher Educational Business Administration Professional Teaching Committee,1 leading researcher of the Philosophy and Social Sciences Committee of Zhejiang Province, 2Provincial Ten Thousand Talents Program Young Top Talents,1 provincial young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, 1 Provincial Propaganda and Cultural System "Five Batches" Talent, more than 20 provincial “151 talent program” talents, 1 national "March 8th Red Flag Bearer", 3 highly cited researchers by Clarivate and Elsevier and 2 Provincial High Level Innovation Teams.
學(xué)院緊密結(jié)合區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐,在中小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)、民營(yíng)企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型與國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略、住房與城市發(fā)展、財(cái)務(wù)與會(huì)計(jì)、消費(fèi)選擇與神經(jīng)決策、現(xiàn)代物流與供應(yīng)鏈管理等領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展了卓有成效的研究。2011年至今共承擔(dān)國(guó)家社科基金重大招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、教育部哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)重大攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金(重點(diǎn))專(zhuān)項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家社科基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng),承擔(dān)其它各類(lèi)國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目161項(xiàng)。2000年以來(lái),在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物如《Information Systems Research》《INFORMS Journal on Computing》《Journal of World Business》《Research Policy》《Journal of Management Studies》《Journal of Product Innovation Management》《Journal of Business Ethics》《Journal of Travel Research》《Journal of Business Research》《Journal of International Marketing》《Information and Management》《管理世界》《管理科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》《社會(huì)學(xué)研究》《心理學(xué)報(bào)》《會(huì)計(jì)研究》等發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近2000篇,出版專(zhuān)著近百部,主編或參編教材100余部,并先后獲得省部級(jí)以上科研和教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)30余項(xiàng),其中國(guó)家教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),國(guó)家課程思政示范課程1門(mén),教育部高??茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)(人文社科)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng),浙江省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)9項(xiàng),教育部高?!半p帶頭人”黨支部工作室1個(gè),省級(jí)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)1個(gè),浙江省巾幗文明崗1個(gè)。
ZJUT-SOM closely integrates regional economic and social development practices and has carried out fruitful research in various areas, including the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, private enterprise strategy and internationalization, housing and urban development, finance and accounting, consumption choice and neural decision making, modern logistics, supply chain management, and so on. Since 2011, ZJUT-SOM has undertaken 3 major bidding projects of the National Social Science Fund, 3 major tackling projects of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, 1 key project of the National Natural Science Fund, 1 special (key) project of the National Natural Science Fund, 5 key projects of the National Social Science Fund, and 161 other national projects. Since 2000, faculty members have published more than 2000 academic papers in journals such as Information Systems Research, INFORMS Journal on Computing, Journal of World Business, Research Policy,Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of International Marketing, Information and Management, Management World, Journal of Management Science, Sociological Research, Psychological Journal and Accounting Research. The faculty members have published nearly a hundred monographs and edited or participated in the compilation of more than 100 textbooks. They also successively received more than 30 scientific research and teaching awards, including a second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Prizes at Ministry of Education, 1 model class of The National Ideological and Political Curriculum, a first prize and 4 second prizes of Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Award (Humanities and Social Sciences) at Ministry of Education, 9 first prizes of Zhejiang provincial Philosophy and Social Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award, 1 provincial-level teaching team and 1 Party Branch Officeof The University "Double Leaders" Program of the Ministry of Educationand owned the title of Zhejiang Woman Civilized Post.
學(xué)院積極開(kāi)展對(duì)外交流與合作,先后與瑞典烏普薩拉大學(xué)、美國(guó)威斯康辛大學(xué)、西班牙ESIC商學(xué)院、德國(guó)呂貝克大學(xué)、德國(guó)雷根斯堡大學(xué)等多所國(guó)外高校開(kāi)展了人才培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究等多方位合作。多名教師具有在哈佛大學(xué)、劍橋大學(xué)、新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)、烏普莎拉大學(xué)、曼切斯特大學(xué)、香港城市大學(xué)等世界知名高校學(xué)習(xí)或訪問(wèn)經(jīng)歷,建立了廣泛的學(xué)術(shù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。除了國(guó)際合作辦學(xué),學(xué)院還擔(dān)任著國(guó)家及浙江省高級(jí)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人才的培訓(xùn)任務(wù),成為民營(yíng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理者重要培訓(xùn)基地之一。
ZJUT-SOM actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation and has successively carried out multi-orientation cooperation in talent cultivation and scientific research with many foreign universities, including Uppsala University in Sweden, the University of Wisconsin in the United States, ESIC Business School in Spain, the University of Lübeck in Germany, and the University of Regensburg in Germany, etc. Many teachers have studied or visited world-renowned universities, such as Harvard University, Cambridge University, National University of Singapore, Uppsala University, University of Manchester, City University of Hong Kong and other world-renowned universities, and have established an extensive academic network. In addition to international cooperation in running schools, ZJUT-SOM is responsible for the training of senior management talents and has become one of the important training bases for private enterprise managers.

有關(guān)待遇說(shuō)明
Description of Remuneration
1.年薪是指全年稅前總收入(包含單位配套的社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)部分),在校期間科研成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)按照學(xué)校政策發(fā)放;
1.Annual salary refers to the total annual pre-tax income (including the social insurance provided by the unit). The rewards for scientific research achievements at school are paid in accordance with university policy.
2. 購(gòu)房安置費(fèi)包含安家費(fèi),按學(xué)校政策發(fā)放;
2.The housing relocation fee includes the relocation fee, which is issued according to the school policy.
3、教師子女可入讀浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)幼兒園(甲級(jí)幼兒園),義務(wù)教育階段入讀杭州市公辦學(xué)校。
3.Teachers’ children can be enrolled in kindergartens of Zhejiang University of Technology (Grade A kindergartens) and public schools of Hangzhou during compulsory education;
