1. Didn’t research the Company.Didn’t know the CEO’s name, the size of the Company, their Business, the marketcap, theticker symbol (for Public companies), etc.

沒有了解過公司。不知道首席執(zhí)行官的名字，公司的規(guī)模，他們的業(yè)務(wù)，市值，股票代碼(上市公司)等等。

2. Didn’t sell themselves, or forgot to communicate: “This is what I can do for you,because this is what I have done in school, and for others,” etc.

沒有推銷自己，或忘了溝通?！斑@些就是我能為你們做的，因為這些是我以前在學校里做過的事，還有為其他公司所做的?！钡鹊取?/span>

3. Were nervous, had poor Body language, ordidn’t look theinterview in the eye. They obviously didn’t practice interviewing or selling themselves. They say things like,“What would youlike to know about me?”

太過緊張，肢體語言讓人不舒服，或者沒有直視面試官。很顯然求職者沒有事先練習過如何面試或是自我推銷。他們會說一些類似于“你們希望了解我的哪些方面?”

4. Didn’t have a real understanding of the Position (i.e. not doing theirhomework about the Job) oreven asking about the Position’s Responsibilities.

對所應聘的職位沒有真正的了解(比如事先沒有了解過這份工作)，或是沒有詢問過這個職位的職責。

5. Were not enthusiastic or did notdemonstrate a level of Commitment to work, the Position, or the Industry.

熱情不高或沒有表現(xiàn)出他們對于這份工作、這個職位或是這個行業(yè)的熱情。

6. Didn’t remember what is on their resume. For example, being asked aquestion about a part-time or summer Job and not remembering much about it.

忘了簡歷上寫了什么。比如說，當被問到關(guān)于自己曾經(jīng)做過的一個兼職工作或暑期工作的問題時，他們自己都已經(jīng)記不太清了。

7. Were not thoughtful or inquisivequestions to Ask at the end of the Interview.

思維不夠縝密或者在面試結(jié)束時問些稀奇古怪的問題。

8. Were not able to differentiate themselvesfrom other candidates (i.e. what makes them a better candidate than others).

不知道自己和其他的候選者有何不同。(例如，相較于其他的候選者，自己有何優(yōu)勢。)

9. Were not able to identify their weaknessesand show how they Plan to strenthen them.

說不出自己的不足之處，或是不能說出自己將如何彌補這一劣勢。

10. Were unable to relate what they havestudied or what they have done to a Business setting.

無法把自己的所學過的知識、擔任過的工作與業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)置聯(lián)系起來。
