一站式社區(qū)學(xué)生成長檔案是西安交通大學(xué)在“一站式”學(xué)生社區(qū)綜合管理模式建設(shè)工作中的新探索與新嘗試，也是國內(nèi)一站式社區(qū)學(xué)生成長檔案試點(diǎn)工作的首個(gè)探索。

該檔案構(gòu)建了本科生多維度全生命周期成長記錄，通過對本科生大學(xué)期間黨員培養(yǎng)、理論學(xué)習(xí)、“四個(gè)一百”育人行動(dòng)、志愿服務(wù)、科技創(chuàng)新、項(xiàng)目競賽、課外綜合實(shí)踐等進(jìn)行全程追蹤、詳細(xì)記錄、科學(xué)評價(jià)，全方位展現(xiàn)學(xué)生綜合能力提升及發(fā)展軌跡，既可為學(xué)校精準(zhǔn)開展學(xué)生思政教育提供靶向決策支持，又可為用人單位呈現(xiàn)全面的學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)觀測參考依據(jù)。

One-stop Center of Student Development—E-profile Management is Xi’an Jiaotong University’s brand-new attempt and exploration in the construction of One-stop Center of Student Development management model.

The record serves as a multi-dimensional growth file that notes down an undergraduate’s journey in XJTU, including the process of joining the Party, ideological theories learning, participation in the Four 100s Educational Plan (that demands the reading of 100 classics, the participating of 100 activities, the attendance of 100 lectures, and the meeting of 100 teachers), voluntary services, scientific and technological innovation, project competitions,comprehensive extracurricular practice, etc. The file involves fully-processed tracking, detailed records, and rational assessment, so it can thoroughly reflect the improvement of the student’s all-round abilities. At the same time, it can offer targeted support for the school to accurately carry out ideological and political education,while providing references for employers to observe the student’s capabilities.

01綜合實(shí)踐參與度

Activities Attendance

“綜合實(shí)踐參與度”詳細(xì)記錄并分析學(xué)生參與“四個(gè)一百”育人行動(dòng)的實(shí)踐情況及完成度，還能及時(shí)了解自身的閱讀習(xí)慣、參與活動(dòng)和報(bào)告的側(cè)重領(lǐng)域、結(jié)識(shí)老師的授業(yè)類型等信息。

The“Activities Attendance”column records and analyzes in detail the student’s participation in theFour 100s Educational Plan. It also keeps abreast one’s reading habits, preferred themes for activities and lectures, and the information of the teachers one meets, such as their specialized fields.

02綜合能力提升計(jì)劃能力值

The Comprehensive Capacity Enhancement Plan

“綜合能力提升計(jì)劃能力值”通過思想政治理論學(xué)習(xí)能力、學(xué)業(yè)與職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃能力、創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與組織管理能力、全球視野與中國文化素養(yǎng)、公民精神與道德推理能力、批判性思維能力、溝通表達(dá)能力等8大維度，對學(xué)生的綜合能力拓展進(jìn)行全方位多角度的科學(xué)化評估，為學(xué)生制定自我發(fā)展規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)方向。

The Comprehensive Capacity Enhancement Plan involves 8 major dimensions, namely ideological politics theory learning, academic and occupational planning, innovation and entrepreneurship, team cooperation and management, global vision and Chinese cultural awareness, civism and moral reasoning, critical thinking, and expression and communication. A comprehensive and multi-angle assessment of students’ overall abilities is conducted here, which is also leading their way to the planning of self-development.

03主要經(jīng)歷

Major Experiences

“主要經(jīng)歷”是以時(shí)間為主軸線，從黨建相關(guān)活動(dòng)及實(shí)踐、學(xué)術(shù)科研成果、校內(nèi)外實(shí)踐服務(wù)經(jīng)歷、獲得榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)等四大方面逐層細(xì)化，集中展示同學(xué)們的多元成果和多樣經(jīng)歷，細(xì)致總結(jié)成長中的重要時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，繪制成長經(jīng)歷圖，記錄成長發(fā)展軌跡，為同學(xué)們提供了個(gè)人專屬的成長成才履歷。

The “Major Experiences” column is developed based on time. It is a refinement of four aspects:Party building activities and practices,academic research achievements, experience in and out of school, and awards received. It highlights a student’s various achievements and diverse experiences by marking every important piece of time during his or her growth. The list of experiences, seen as a development trajectory, becomes a unique resume noting down every student’s process of “becoming”.
