Shandong University

Shandong University, or SDU – under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education – is a key comprehensive university with a long and honorable history, a broad variety of disciplines, strong academic strength and distinctive characteristics, which has had a great influence both at home and abroad. Shandong University has developed by leaps and bounds in recent years. SDU boasts 26 State-level research platforms, four key social science research bases approved by the Ministry of Education, 51 ministerial level platforms and more than 150 provincial key laboratories and provincial engineering technology research centers. At present, 18 subjects have been listed in the top one percent of subjects in the Essential Science Indicators (ESI), an index showing the competitiveness of a subject published by the Institute for Scientific Information. Through tireless efforts of generations of faculty members and students, the School of Management has established a complete school system, an excellent faculty, first-class teaching quality, and remarkable research achievements. Currently, the School includes 2 first-class disciplines (Business Administration, Management Science and Engineering), 8 departments (Strategy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Culture and Tourism, Project Management and Industrial Engineering, Information System and Supply Chain Management), as well as high-level research institutions like Shandong Institute of Talent Development Strategy, Shandong University Corporate Governance Research Center, and Shandong University Tourism Industry Research Institute, forming a teaching system for interdisciplinary talents that integrates bachelor\'s, master\'s and doctoral degrees. 優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績(jī)的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國(guó)（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長(zhǎng)，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

The Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from overseas (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have made achievements in natural science, engineering and technology to return to China and carry out innovative research in their own choice of research direction, promote the rapid growth of young scientific and technological talents, cultivate a number of outstanding academic backbones who are expected to reach the frontier of science and technology in the world, and contribute to building national strength in science and technology.

Remuneration and Support

1. 高起點(diǎn)崗位發(fā)展：聘任為事業(yè)編制長(zhǎng)聘教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，綠色通道聘任為山東大學(xué)杰出中青年學(xué)者（第一層次）。

2. 具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬：基礎(chǔ)年薪不低于80萬元（全口徑薪酬），綜合收入上不封頂。

ApplicationQualifications

1. 遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；

2. 出生日期在1982年1月1日（含）以后；

3. 具有博士學(xué)位；

4. 研究方向主要為管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)等相關(guān)學(xué)科；

5. 在2022年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求；

6. 取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/p>

7. 申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來華）工作，或者2021年1月1日以后回國(guó)（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國(guó)（來華）工作不少于3年。

限項(xiàng)要求：

執(zhí)行中央有關(guān)部門關(guān)于國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的要求。同層次國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃支持期內(nèi)只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。

Applicants of Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) should meet the following conditions:

(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, have good scientific ethics, and consciously practice the spirit of scientists in the new era;

(2) Have a date of birth after January 1, 1982;

(3) Havedoctorate degree;

(4) The research direction is mainly in Management, Economy etc.;

(5) Before April 15, 2022, the applicant should have obtained a formal teaching or research position in an overseas university, scientific research institution, or corporate research and development institution, and have more than 36 months of continuous work experience; for those who have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have particularly outstanding performance, the limitation of work experience may be appropriately relaxed;

(6) The applicant shall have obtained the achievement of scientific research or technology and other achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential of becoming an academic leader or outstanding talent in related field;

(7) The applicant has not yet returned to work in China (to China) on a full-time basis, or returned (came) to work in China after January1, 2021. The applicant must resign from the overseas work or have no work overseas after being notified of the grant of funding and return (come) to work in China full-time for at least 3 years.

Those who applied for or are undertaking the Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars in the current year are not allowed to apply for Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas).
