上海交通大學上海高級金融學院（簡稱“高金/SAIF”）金融碩士項目(簡稱MF）將于2020年1月11日-14日在上海舉辦2020國際青年領袖金融高峰會（2020 International Youth Leadership Finance Summit ，簡稱“IYLFS”）。本屆峰會將圍繞熱點話題“科創(chuàng)時代的創(chuàng)新和金融”展開探討交流。來自不同學科背景的優(yōu)秀同學將匯聚在一起，通過真實的競賽，與行業(yè)領軍人物現場對話。峰會報名現已正式啟動，誠邀您參加！

2020 International Youth Leadership Finance Summit (IYLFS) will be heldfrom January 11thto 14th 2020 in Shanghai. This year, we will put the spotlight onInnovation and Finance in the Sci-Tech Era.IYLFS is a student competition hosted by the Master of Finance (MF) Program of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. IYLFS aims to provide an interaction and learning platform for outstanding undergraduate students, as well as to cultivate their leadership, communication and organizational skills. We strive to connect the best students of all disciplines across the world, and offer them a unique learning experience through business competition, and face-to-face communication with business leaders and scholars.

競賽流程

本次峰會將以“科創(chuàng)時代的創(chuàng)新與金融”為主題，圍繞科創(chuàng)企業(yè)如何通過創(chuàng)新和金融進行賦能。參賽者需以投資人的角度，從企業(yè)的核心業(yè)務出發(fā)，深入挖掘其創(chuàng)新點，并運用金融工具，對其進行估值并最終做出投資價值的判斷。通過峰會，參賽者不僅能積累與加深對行業(yè)和公司的研究與判斷，同時能在科技創(chuàng)新、金融創(chuàng)新等方面提升對學術和實務的理解。參賽者將在峰會上向學界與行業(yè)專家進行展示，并接受挑戰(zhàn)。

參賽者需組隊參加*，并在報名時選擇其感興趣的研究領域，包括人工智能、生物醫(yī)藥、消費/物流，高端制造、互聯網與新能源。在報名篩選結束后，峰會組委會將參考參賽隊伍選擇，最終指定每支參賽隊伍所需要研究的標的公司。

深入研究指定公司的核心業(yè)務和商業(yè)邏輯，并闡述其創(chuàng)新點（如產品、技術、行銷、商業(yè)模式、風險控制、金融工具等）

以金融的邏輯和工具，闡述對研究標的公司的估值；

從投資人的角度，結合上述的行業(yè)知識、創(chuàng)新賦能和估值判斷，列出該標的公司值得投資與不值得投資的理由各2-3條，并最終闡述該公司是否有投資價值。

Competition Overview

The 2020 IYLFS would evolve around the following aspects:how Sci-Tech companies are empowered through innovation and finance. From the investor’s perspective, participants should start from researching the core business of the companies, then dig deep into how the companies execute innovation. Participants should also utilize financial tools to conduct valuation on the companies, and reach a conclusion on their investment value. Through the IYLFS, participants would gain hands-on experience and insight into the industry research, and enhance your understanding of both theories and practices on Sci-Tech innovation and financial innovation. The IYLFS culminates in a live presentation by finalist teams to an audience of professionals from academia and the industry.

Participants will complete the competition in teams*, and should choose their area of interest when applying. The areas include: Artificial Intelligence, Biomedicine, Consumption/Logistics, High-End Manufacturing, Internet, and New Energy. After intense application review, the IYLFS committee will assign the company to the team based on their choice.

Conduct in-depth research on the core business and business logic of the company. Elaborate on how the company execute innovation (including but not limited to innovations in the product, technology, marketing, business model, risk management, financial tools)

Utilizing financial logic and tools, explain the valuation of the company.

From the investor’s perspective, use your domain knowledge, innovation empowerment and valuation model and give 2-3 reasons for investing and not investing in the company. Elaborate on whether you believe this company has investment value and why.

How to Apply

?申請時間：2019年11月25日至12月8日；

?申請資格：所有在校本科生，不限專業(yè)，不限年級；

?我們鼓勵參賽者組成5-6人的多元專業(yè)背景隊伍申請參賽，鼓勵跨學科組隊。請每位參賽者單獨提交申請；我們也歡迎個人進行申請，如通過初篩，屆時組委會將為報名個人匹配組隊。

About IYLFS

Seven summits have been successfully held since 2013, during which 851 carefully selected undergraduate students from over 40 top universities worldwide participated in the event. 46 media outlets reported on the summit,includingCBN, Shanghai Education channel, and China Daily along with many others.

In the past six years, more than 30 senior executives from companies including partner of Panda Capital, partner of Qiming Venture, president of Principal Asia, partner of Lantern Venture and other well-known finance companies attended the summit.
