二、培養(yǎng)模式Cultivation Mode本項(xiàng)目學(xué)制2.5年，采取1+1的辦學(xué)模式。第一年在南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)，第二年赴美到密蘇里·圣路易斯大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，第二年中有三個(gè)月在跨國公司帶薪實(shí)習(xí)。NJU-UMSL International MBA Program lasts for 2.5 years, with 1+1 learning mode. Students will attend courses in Business School of Nanjing University for the first year, and study in UMSL for the second year, with nine months course learning and three months paid internships.

三、學(xué)位授予Degree Awarding學(xué)生修滿規(guī)定學(xué)分，完成帶薪實(shí)習(xí)，通過南京大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文答辯后，將分別獲得密蘇里·圣路易斯大學(xué)頒發(fā)的MBA碩士學(xué)位證書以及南京大學(xué)的碩士學(xué)位證書和研究生畢業(yè)證書。After completing the required credits, completing the paid internships and passing the oral defense of graduation thesis of Nanjing University, students will be awarded UMSL MBA Degree, NJU MBA Degree and NJU Master Graduation Certificate.
