OnApril26,ChinaGlobalTalent(CGT)AssociationvictoriouslyheldMyGlobalhour,XchangeG–FreeStyleEnglishsalonforallMBAstudentsinterestedinimprovingtheiroralcommunicationsskillsinEnglish.Theactivitiesinclude2guestspeakersandfreestyleEnglish.

在2015年4月26號，ChinaGlobalTalent成功舉辦了第一次的XchangeG活動。這個活動吸引了對英語溝通有興趣的MBA學生參加，來提高他們的英語口頭表達能力?；顒佑袃蓚€部分，第一部分有兩位嘉賓進行演講，第二部分是自由溝通環(huán)節(jié)。

The2guestspeakerswereMs.SarenaLiu,aNanjingUniversityMBAprogramstudentfromclassB,grade2013,classB,andMr.ChesterZhao,alsoaNanjingUniversityMBAprogramstudentfromclassD,grade2012.ForMs.Liu,shetalkedabouthertimemanagementmethodsthatenabledhertoutilizethetimeshehadatthemostefficientrate.Mr.ZhaotalkedabouttheamazingjourneyhehadwhilehewasintheUnitedStatesofAmerica.HisjourneybeganwhenhedecidedtoquithiscurrentjobinChina,andpursuehisdreambygoingtotheUnitedStatesofAmerica.

第一位嘉賓是來自2013級B班的劉瑩瑩，她的話題是“時間管理方法”，她講述了在管理時間時取得最高效率的辦法。第二位是來自2012級D班的趙成，他的話題是他在美國的旅程，他辭去了他在中國的工作為了去美國追逐自己的夢想。

AsforthefreestyleEnglishactivity,itisanactivitythatisdesignedtoencourageparticipantstointeractwithoneanotherbyaskingquestions,sharingtheirexperiencesandtheirthoughtsonthetopicsthattheguestspeakershavejustspokenabout.AstheresultoftheXchangeGprogram,mostparticipantshadachancetospeakandsharewhattheyhadinmindwhilecraftingtheirEnglishcommunicationskillatthesametime.Inaddition,participantswereabletolearnsomethingnewfromoneanotherandmakenewfriends.ThenextactivityforCGTwillbeJourneyG,aprogramthatwillparticipantsintroducesomethinginterestingabouttheirperspectivecountries,whichwillbeonMay9

另一個活動是FreestyleEnglish。這個活動的目的是要鼓勵參加者來用英語與別人交往溝通，包括提問和分享自己的經(jīng)驗、想法。因此，大多數(shù)的參加者都借著機會練習了英語，學習了新的東西，同時也認識了很多新的朋友。下一次的CGT活動是在5月9日，活動主題是是“JourneyG”，讓參加者來簡單介紹自己的國家，具體的時間與地點將會在后期公布，敬請關(guān)注。
