?智能總結(jié)在職業(yè)發(fā)展的道路上,內(nèi)驅(qū)力不足、定位模糊和團隊溝通壁壘等挑戰(zhàn)常令人困惑,而真正的管理智慧源于自我深度探索和與他人的有效聯(lián)結(jié)。12月20日晚,中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)MBA職業(yè)發(fā)展陪伴計劃第二期以“探索內(nèi)驅(qū)力”為主題,在經(jīng)管樓117舉行,王際兵老師與12位來自不同行業(yè)和發(fā)展階段的MBA學(xué)子進行了深度交流?;顒油ㄟ^自我剖析和傾聽分享,幫助參與者梳理職業(yè)初心與人生目標(biāo),強調(diào)自我認知是管理能力提升的起點。同時,有效傾聽被確認為高績效團隊的核心,能減少內(nèi)耗、提升協(xié)作效率,并通過包容多樣性實現(xiàn)團隊價值最大化。最終,活動倡導(dǎo)知行合
關(guān)聯(lián)問題: 如何提升團隊傾聽能力?自我認知如何影響管理效能?怎樣激活團隊內(nèi)驅(qū)力?
在職業(yè)發(fā)展的賽道上,我們時常困惑于“內(nèi)驅(qū)力不足”、“定位模糊”、“團隊溝通壁壘”等難題,而真正的管理智慧,不僅源于專業(yè)知識的積累,更始于對自我的深度探索與對他人的有效聯(lián)結(jié)。12月20日晚,中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) MBA 職業(yè)發(fā)展陪伴計劃第二期在經(jīng)管樓117如期舉行。本次活動圍繞“探索內(nèi)驅(qū)力”,邀請了王際兵老師與12位來自不同行業(yè)、不同發(fā)展階段的MBA學(xué)子開展了一場深度交流,讓參與者在分享與傾聽中解鎖了管理與自我成長的全新可能。
On the track of career development, we often struggle with challenges such as "lack of intrinsic motivation", "ambiguous positioning", and "team communication barriers". However, true management wisdom not only stems from the accumulation of professional knowledge but also begins with in-depth self-exploration and effective connection with others. On the evening of December 20th, the 2nd Session of China Agricultural University (CAU) MBA Career Development Companion Program was held as scheduled in Room 117 of the School of Economics and Management Building. Centering on the theme of "Exploring Intrinsic Motivation", this event invited Teacher Wang Jibing to conduct in-depth exchanges with 12 MBA students from different industries and development stages, allowing participants to unlock new possibilities for management and self-growth through sharing and listening.

自我探索:管理的起點是“看見自己”
管理學(xué)強調(diào)“知己知彼,百戰(zhàn)不殆”,而“知己”正是有效管理的前提。本次活動的分享環(huán)節(jié)中,參與者坦誠分享自身狀態(tài)--有人充滿能量卻好奇于職業(yè)更多可能,有人因內(nèi)耗迷茫而尋求突破,有人則在高壓下渴望重新激活內(nèi)驅(qū)力。這些真實的表達,恰恰印證了管理學(xué)中的核心認知:管理者唯有先清晰認知自我,才能精準(zhǔn)定位團隊問題,引領(lǐng)團隊前行。
Management science emphasizes that "knowing oneself and others ensures victory in every battle", and "knowing oneself" is the prerequisite for effective management. During the sharing session of this event, participants openly shared their current status—some were full of energy but curious about more career possibilities, some sought breakthroughs due to confusion caused by internal friction, and others longed to reactivate their intrinsic motivation under high pressure. These genuine expressions exactly confirm the core cognition in management science: only when managers have a clear understanding of themselves can they accurately identify team problems and lead the team forward.
在“自我比喻” 活動中,大家以 “我是…… 我來到這個世界是為了…… 對世界產(chǎn)生的影響是……”造句,在自我剖析中梳理職業(yè)初心與人生目標(biāo)。而個人認知的四階段遞進理論,更讓參與者明白:管理能力的提升,始于自我認知的覺醒。
In the "Self-Metaphor" activity, everyone completed sentences in the form of "I am... I came to this world to... The impact I have on the world is...", sorting out their career aspirations and life goals through self-analysis. Moreover, the four-stage progressive theory of personal cognition made participants further understand that the improvement of management capabilities starts with the awakening of self-awareness.

傾聽與聯(lián)結(jié):高績效團隊的核心密碼
管理的本質(zhì)是溝通,而溝通的核心是傾聽?;顒又?,參與者在傾聽他人故事時,或產(chǎn)生強烈共鳴,或從他人經(jīng)歷中看到自身不足,更有人在被傾聽中獲得了治愈與力量。這種 “聽見與被聽見” 的過程,正是高績效團隊的構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)。管理學(xué)研究表明,有效的傾聽能減少團隊內(nèi)耗、提升協(xié)作效率。活動中,有人意識到自己過往在團隊中缺乏傾聽意識,導(dǎo)致溝通不暢;也有人發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)管理者放下評判、以好奇與包容的心態(tài)傾聽員工時,能更精準(zhǔn)地捕捉需求、化解矛盾。正如參與者所言:“積極傾聽的力量,足以讓團隊成員感受到被尊重,進而激發(fā)更強的歸屬感與執(zhí)行力?!?/span>
The essence of management is communication, and the core of communication is listening. During the event, when participants listened to others' stories, some felt strong resonance, some saw their own shortcomings from others' experiences, and many gained healing and strength from being heard. This process of "hearing and being heard" is exactly the foundation for building high-performance teams. Management research shows that effective listening can reduce internal team friction and improve collaboration efficiency. During the activity, some participants realized that their lack of listening awareness in the team in the past led to poor communication; others found that when managers put aside judgments and listen to employees with curiosity and tolerance, they can more accurately capture needs and resolve conflicts. As one participant said: "The power of active listening is enough to make team members feel respected, thereby stimulating a stronger sense of belonging and execution."
同時,團隊成員的多樣性與獨特性也成為共識。每個參與者的成長背景、思維方式、職業(yè)訴求各不相同,正如管理場景中團隊成員的差異化優(yōu)勢。優(yōu)秀的管理者,懂得接納并善用這種多樣性,通過賦能個體實現(xiàn)團隊價值最大化 —— 這與活動中 “包容認可、營造安全舒適場域” 的共識,形成了完美的管理學(xué)呼應(yīng)。
At the same time, the diversity and uniqueness of team members have also become a consensus. Each participant has different growth backgrounds, ways of thinking, and career demands, just like the differentiated advantages of team members in management scenarios. Excellent managers know how to accept and make good use of this diversity, and maximize team value by empowering individuals—which forms a perfect management echo with the consensus of "inclusive recognition and creating a safe and comfortable environment" in the event.

知行合一:將活動收獲轉(zhuǎn)化為管理實踐
這場以 “內(nèi)驅(qū)力” 為核心的探索之旅,最終指向 “知行合一” 的管理實踐。大家不僅收獲了自我認知的覺醒,更明確了將收獲融入管理的具體方向:以空杯心態(tài)面對團隊,放下預(yù)設(shè)評判,用提問代替指令,激發(fā)成員的主觀能動性;在向上管理與向下溝通中,堅持 “傾聽為先”,通過共情理解他人需求,搭建信任橋梁;接納自身與團隊的不完美,在自我調(diào)整與團隊協(xié)作中,共同成長為更具凝聚力的集體;以 “自我賦能” 帶動 “團隊賦能”,用清晰的目標(biāo)感與積極的心態(tài),激活團隊整體內(nèi)驅(qū)力。
This exploration journey centered on "intrinsic motivation" ultimately points to the management practice of "integration of knowledge and action". Participants not only gained the awakening of self-awareness but also clarified the specific directions to integrate the gains into management: approach the team with an open mind, set aside predetermined judgments, replace instructions with questions to stimulate the subjective initiative of team members; adhere to "listening first" in upward management and downward communication, understand others' needs through empathy to build bridges of trust; accept the imperfections of oneself and the team, and grow together into a more cohesive collective through self-adjustment and team collaboration; drive "team empowerment" through "self-empowerment" and activate the overall intrinsic motivation of the team with a clear sense of purpose and a positive mindset.
從自我探索到團隊管理,從看清自己到溝通藝術(shù),中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) MBA 職業(yè)發(fā)展陪伴計劃第二期,為參與者搭建了一個“向內(nèi)探索、向外聯(lián)結(jié)” 的成長平臺。在這里,我們深刻體會到:管理不僅是一門技術(shù),更是一門關(guān)于“人”的藝術(shù);而職業(yè)發(fā)展的核心,始終是自我成長與價值創(chuàng)造的雙向奔赴。
From self-exploration to team management, from seeing oneself clearly to the art of communication, the 2nd Session of CAU MBA Career Development Companion Program has built a growth platform for participants to "explore inward and connect outward". Here, we deeply realize that management is not only a technology but also an art about "people"; and the core of career development has always been the two-way pursuit of self-growth and value creation.
