趙國華先生(Jean-Pascal Tricoire)現(xiàn)任施耐德電氣集團(tuán)董事長。他從2003年起擔(dān)任施耐德電氣首席運(yùn)營官，2006年至2011年擔(dān)任首席執(zhí)行官，2011年至2023年擔(dān)任董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官。在趙國華先生的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，施耐德電氣成功轉(zhuǎn)型為一家領(lǐng)先的科技公司，在軟件、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、數(shù)字化與電氣化等領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)卓越。作為首席執(zhí)行官，他重塑了集團(tuán)的宗旨與技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)施耐德電氣的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大了4倍，營收和業(yè)務(wù)保持均衡，且遍布全球。

趙國華先生也是高通公司董事會(huì)的獨(dú)立董事。他是聯(lián)合國全球契約組織理事會(huì)理事、聯(lián)合國“HeForShe”全球倡導(dǎo)活動(dòng)的企業(yè)倡導(dǎo)者、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇國際工商理事會(huì)和亞洲工商理事會(huì)成員。趙國華先生也是美國東北大學(xué)董事會(huì)成員。同時(shí)，他是新加坡經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展局國際咨詢理事會(huì)成員，以及上海、北京、香港等城市的市長國際企業(yè)家顧問會(huì)成員。2009年至2019年，趙國華擔(dān)任法中企業(yè)家委員會(huì)主席。趙國華還受封成為法國榮譽(yù)軍團(tuán)騎士并榮獲法國國家功績勛章。

Jean-Pascal Tricoire is the Chairman of Schneider Electric. He previously served as COO of Schneider from 2003, CEO from 2006 to 2011, and Chairman and CEO from 2011 to 2023. Under Jean-Pascal’s leadership, Schneider has transformed and become a technology company leading in software, sustainability, digitization, and electrification. As CEO, he redefined the company’s purpose and technology portfolio, quadrupling Schneider’s revenues across its balanced geographical footprint.

Jean-Pascal joined Schneider Electric in 1986 and held various positions across France, Italy, China, South Africa, the United States and Hong Kong. In 2001, he first joined the company’s Executive Committee to take charge of Schneider’s international division.

Jean-Pascal also serves as an independent director on the board of Qualcomm. He is a director of the worldwide board of the United Nations Global Compact, a United Nations #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion and a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum as well as the Asia Business Council. He is also a member of the board of trustees of Northeastern University. Jean-Pascal is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Singapore Economic Development Board and a member of the advisory councils of Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He led the France-China Business Council from 2009 to 2019. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honor and an Officer of the National Order of Merit in France.

劉俏教授，北京大學(xué)光華管理學(xué)院院長、金融學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，國家“十四五”、“十五五”規(guī)劃專家委員會(huì)委員，教育部長江學(xué)者特聘教授，國家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金獲得者, 2017年《中國新聞周刊》“影響中國”年度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家。劉俏教授在公司金融、實(shí)證資產(chǎn)定價(jià)、市場微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與中國經(jīng)濟(jì)研究等方面擁有眾多著述,其最新著作包括《我們熱愛的金融：重塑我們這個(gè)時(shí)代的中國金融》、《從大到偉大2.0——重塑中國高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的微觀基礎(chǔ)》、Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup與Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy。在2001年至2003年間，曾任職于麥肯錫公司，負(fù)責(zé)麥肯錫在亞洲企業(yè)金融領(lǐng)域的研究，并為大型亞洲公司和跨國公司提供服務(wù)。加入北大光華前，曾任教于香港大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與工商管理學(xué)院，并獲港大終身教職。

Professor LIU Qiao is the Dean and Professor of Finance at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is a leading authority in economics and finance in China, and is recognized for his academic works in corporate finance, financial markets, and the Chinese economy. He is the author of “The Finance We Love: Rebuilding China’s Finance in the New Era”, “Big to Brilliant 2.0: Reconstructing the Underpinnings of China’s High-Quality Development”, “Corporate China 2.0: The Great Shakeup” and “Finance in Asia: Institutions, Regulation and Policy”. Professor LIU is the Chang Jiang Scholar Special Term Professor awarded by the Ministry of Education, the Distinguished Young Scholar awarded by National Science Foundation, and the Most Influential Chinese Economist of 2017 awarded by China Newsweek. He worked at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2003, where he advised various MNCs and leading Asian companies on corporate finance and strategies. Before joined Guanghua, he taught in the Faculty of Business & Economics of HKU and was tenured.
