APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Non-Chinese citizens with a valid personal ordinary-type passport

Bachelor's degree or above

At least 3 years of post-graduate work experience for applicants with a bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of post-graduate work experience for applicants with a master's or doctoral degree.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The scholarships will be granted on both merit and need basis.

Scholarships are mainlycategorized into three types:

Chinese Government Scholarship

Covers full or partial tuition fees, free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance.

CSC scholarship application deadlines vary by scholarship and university. Please check the CSC website and the program information for up-to-date details.

Tuition Scholarship

For example, the Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students and the Tsinghua University Tuition Scholarship, cover partial tuition feeswith a duration of one academic year.
