David joined Vermilion in 2009, following three years with Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory team in London.

Vermilion Partners is an affiliate of Natixis SA, a member of Groupe BPCE, one of the largest banking groups in Europe. With extensive experience in management, investment, and advisory services, Vermilion has completed approximately 300 projects for over 100 clients.

David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford. He is based in Shanghai and speaks fluent Mandarin.

大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，David曾在北京學(xué)習(xí)中文，對(duì)中國市場有著強(qiáng)烈的探索欲望。于是在倫敦工作一段時(shí)間后，他決定選擇重回中國。自那時(shí)起，他專注于為中國多個(gè)行業(yè)的國際客戶提供收購和合資建議，涉及領(lǐng)域廣泛。他成功完成了包括Tate & Lyle收購Winway在內(nèi)的多項(xiàng)重要交易。如今，David常駐上海，能夠用中文流暢自如地進(jìn)行交流。

Nick completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Imperial College London.

Nickiscurrently furthering his education as a member of the Class of 2023 in the FMBA FT+ program. Nick's multifaceted background and continuous pursuit of knowledge make him a dynamic and well-rounded professional.

2011年，尼克在倫敦帝國理工學(xué)院獲得機(jī)械工程學(xué)士學(xué)位后，他開啟了他的首次中國之旅。這趟旅程激發(fā)了他對(duì)中國的濃厚興趣。數(shù)月之后，他重返中國尋求職業(yè)發(fā)展。

從工程領(lǐng)域到電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備再到獨(dú)立門戶，尼克對(duì)包括水泵、電信、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、創(chuàng)業(yè)等在內(nèi)的多個(gè)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了深入的探索。

目前，尼克的職業(yè)生涯已經(jīng)步入了一個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的階段。為了不斷挑戰(zhàn)自我和追求更高的職業(yè)目標(biāo)，他選擇加入FMBA FT+項(xiàng)目，學(xué)習(xí)最前沿的專業(yè)知識(shí)，拓寬自己的國際視野和跨界商業(yè)思維。
