雙學(xué)位項(xiàng)目作為人大MBA提供給學(xué)生開展國際交流的重要平臺之一，通過推動學(xué)生和校友積極走向世界和發(fā)聲，培養(yǎng)其世界管理前沿創(chuàng)新能力、全球性管理能力，以及跨文化協(xié)調(diào)能力，并不斷拓展學(xué)生基于命運(yùn)共同體理念的國際視野。

RMBS MBA & Yale MAM Degree Program

Starting from 2012, RMBS and Yale School of Management have offered a concurrent master’s degree program (RMBS MBA degree + Yale MAM degree). The MAM program at Yale School of Management only opens to MBA students fromGNAM (Global Network for Advanced Management)member schools. Candidates of the concurrent degree program spend the first year studying at RMBS as an MBA student, and the second year at Yale School of Management as an MAM student.

How do you feel your experience at YALE

When I applied to the Master of Advanced Management program at the Yale School of Management 22 months ago, I knew that SOM had abundant resources both in and out of the classroom. Nearly two years later, I can say that SOM has been the best place for me to acquire a more holistic world view, to develop new perspectives, and to continue honing my passions. Not only have I been able to design a schedule based on my own career goals and interests, but I have also had the opportunity to develop my whole self, intellectually—this is what I appreciate most about Yale. I came to SOM with an MBA from Renmin University of China and a background in strategic branding and public relations. I wanted not only to develop more business know-how, but also to explore in a more expansive way how human beings make decisions or select their ways of living. As an MAM student at Yale, I was able to take any courses I desired in addition to the two core courses. MAM students can choose to explore topics broadly, or we can concentrate deeply on one specific area. Thanks, Yale SOM MAM, for giving me this flexibility to utilize Yale’s resources, broaden my intellectual horizons, explore new sides of myself, communicate with different people, and pursue my passions. I have been, and will always be, thrilled to be part of this amazing community that will impact me for life. I look forward to becoming a true future leader capable of tackling challenges with innovation and accomplishing goals in spite of whatever obstruction lies ahead.

How do you feel your experience at YALE

Great opportunity to explore world-class education and international cohort. We have maximized autonomy over courses therefore students from all industry can benefit from the electives. In Yale SOM we also enjoy activities of students clubs and assistance from career development office so that we could have a great balance between academic and professional experience. Living and study abroard could pose a temporary challenge, but inarguably it's a wonderful journey.

My biggest harvest is in personal development such as horizon and mindsets. In a more diversified and inclusive environment, I've had the chance to explore who I am and why I'm interested in certain areas, and a better self-awareness is the foundation of life-long growth. One of the largest distinction in American culture is the intensive interpersonal interactions. Feedbacks are irreplaceble sources of stimuli that enable fuller sense of myself.

How do you feel your experience at YALE

The MBA program at RUC and the program at Yale University complement each other effectively in the realm of management education. Renmin's MBA program provides a structured curriculum that primarily focuses on honing hard skills in management. This involves delving into areas like finance, marketing, operations, and strategy. These hard skills are fundamental for comprehending the technical aspects of management. On the other hand, Yale's MAM program adopts a unique approach by emphasizing soft skills. These include leadership, communication, interpersonal abilities, and emotional intelligence. Soft skills are essential for managing people and fostering positive relationships within an organization. Combining both hard and soft skills in one's education offers a well-rounded view of management. It acknowledges that managers must not only grasp the mechanics of business but also possess the capability to lead and inspire teams effectively. Studying abroad, as offered by Yale's program, also presents an opportunity to gain a global perspective. Experiencing diverse cultures and collaborating with people from various backgrounds can broaden one's horizons and deepen their understanding of management in an international context. In conclusion, the MBA program at Renmin and the MAM program at Yale offer complementary approaches to management education. Renmin provides a strong foundation in hard skills, while Yale places emphasis on soft skills, customization, and a global perspective. The choice between them hinges on individual career goals and preferences.

First and foremost, the combination of these two degrees has provided me with a comprehensive skill set that encompasses both "hard" and "soft" skills in the field of management. Moreover, the flexibility of Yale University's MAM program, which allows for unlimited elective courses, enabled me to tailor my education to align precisely with my career aspirations. Finally, the opportunity to study abroad as part of the MAM program was an invaluable life experience. It expanded my horizons, exposed me to different cultures, and enhanced my adaptability and global perspective – all of which are increasingly essential in today's interconnected world.

How do you feel your experience at YALE

耶魯期間的經(jīng)歷讓我改變了很多。在此，舉三個(gè)例。

1、我不一定認(rèn)可您的觀點(diǎn)，但我尊重您的表達(dá)與您的選擇。在雙學(xué)位期間遇到的人，不同膚色、不同種族、不同文化、不同成長背景、不同經(jīng)歷、不同性格，等等，各種各樣，非常不同。對此，我分享一個(gè)感悟：認(rèn)真聽別人的反饋，耐心去聽，但最終做自己的選擇，并為之負(fù)責(zé)。

2、表達(dá)自己情緒，不情緒化表達(dá)。機(jī)場，航班大面積延誤，你已等了若干小時(shí)，你會？高鐵上，商務(wù)/一等/靜音車廂，遇到有人將聲音外放，你會？辦公室，正在研究報(bào)表，突然快遞小哥打來，半天說不清楚情況，你會？ 生活中，失誤做了一件錯(cuò)誤的事，事后回想起來總會覺得很后悔，你會？若干雜亂的生活場景下，如果將事情處理完后，依舊覺得自己能量滿滿，那其實(shí)就有掌握保持能量與管理情緒的方法。

3、今天的你真的很棒， 因?yàn)閄XX。過往，我認(rèn)可嚴(yán)師式管理風(fēng)格；現(xiàn)在，我更崇尚鼓勵型管理風(fēng)格。我的理解是： 前者像是為打造企業(yè)能長線盈利的能力 ，后者像是為維持企業(yè)能持續(xù)運(yùn)作的正向現(xiàn)金流。因地制宜，選擇自己合適的。

以上這些經(jīng)歷與感悟，對我來說都非常重要。難忘的經(jīng)歷之所以難忘，就是因?yàn)樗虿豢深A(yù)料， 或感受深刻。無論哪段經(jīng)歷，無論哪種經(jīng)歷，用心感受，就很值得?？偨Y(jié)就是，我完全不會后悔當(dāng)初讀雙學(xué)位的決定。

學(xué)校里有數(shù)不清楚的分享會、講座、課外組織、比賽、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)等，它們?nèi)绱素S富，無論你是什么類型的人， 都能找到組織， 找到歸屬；耶魯雙學(xué)位項(xiàng)目的課表，幾乎是完全自己定制的，僅兩門強(qiáng)制性的必修，其余全都自由選擇；關(guān)于職業(yè)選擇，可以參考學(xué)院發(fā)布的報(bào)告，其中涉及畢業(yè)去向、行業(yè)百分比以及畢業(yè)起薪， 有足夠權(quán)威的參考性；每個(gè)人都是特別的故事與案例，和往屆校友聊聊天，聽聽他們的故事，感受他們的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和感悟， 也是件非常有趣和有價(jià)值的事。

持續(xù)了解每個(gè)當(dāng)下的自己，很重要。具體而言，可以考慮做一些市面上流行的測試（不存在付費(fèi)與消費(fèi)誘導(dǎo)）。

1、性格測試，例如MBTI，關(guān)注你屬于16人格中的哪種類型，還可以關(guān)注自己在每一項(xiàng)的百分比趨勢變化；

2、針對自己合作與管理風(fēng)格，例如同事如何與你合作，你會更自在更有效率，你的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格更偏向于哪種，你更適合管理怎樣的團(tuán)隊(duì)；

3、如果你正經(jīng)歷人生中的階段性迷失或低谷， 可以考慮至少從電影、 書籍、運(yùn)動中三選一。
