INSTRUCTOR

史靜寰，清華大學(xué)教育研究院教授、校學(xué)位評定委員會副主席。主要研究領(lǐng)域：高等教育、教育政策與評價(jià)、教育史、大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展研究等。

主要研究成果：近年來出版學(xué)術(shù)著作《高等教育史》（2010）、《當(dāng)代美國教育》（2011）、《本科教育：質(zhì)量與評價(jià)》（2014），《效率與公平：高等教育資源的區(qū)域分布與協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展研究》（2018）等，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近百篇。史靜寰教授任首席專家主持教育部哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)重大課題攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“雙一流建設(shè)背景下高校評價(jià)體系改革研究”。由史靜寰教授主持的“中國大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展研究”課題已連續(xù)進(jìn)行13年，是最有影響的大學(xué)生學(xué)情調(diào)查研究項(xiàng)目之一。

Prof. SHI Jinghuan, Institution of Education, Deputy Chair, University Degree Committee, Tsinghua University

Main research fields:higher education, education policy and evaluation, education history, college student learning and development.

Main research achievements: In recent years, she has published academic works such as The History of Higher Education (2010), Contemporary American Education (2011), Undergraduate Education: Quality and Evaluation (2014), Efficiency and Equity: Research on Regional Distribution and Coordinated Development of Higher Education Research (2018), and nearly 100 academic papers. Professor Shi Jinghuan, as the chief expert, presided over the key project of philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education’s Research on ‘The Reform of University Evaluation System under the Background of Double First-class Construction’. The China College Student Survey (CCSS) project led by Professor Shi Jinghuan has been carried out for 13 years, which is one of the most influential research projects on college student learning engagement in China.

我們生活在一個(gè)充滿不確定性的、不斷變化的世界。由于新冠肺炎疫情和地區(qū)沖突等全球性挑戰(zhàn)，我們?nèi)找嫫x了實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的軌道。習(xí)近平主席繼“一帶一路”倡議后，于2021年9月提出全球發(fā)展倡議，再次強(qiáng)調(diào)“發(fā)展”和“以人民為中心”的重要意義。教育是人類發(fā)展的有力工具，高等教育更被寄予了推動(dòng)世界向更加公正、民主和可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展的厚望。在這節(jié)課上，我們一起來討論(高等)教育在全球發(fā)展中的作用，以及我們作為教育利益相關(guān)者該如何應(yīng)對不斷發(fā)生的變化，如何為全球發(fā)展做出可能的貢獻(xiàn)。

We are living in a transforming world. Due to global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and regional conflicts, the world has moved further off track in meeting the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals. The Global Development Initiative (GDI), proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping in September 2021 after the Belt and Road Initiative, reaffirms the significance of development and people-oriented concept. Education is a powerful tool for human development. Higher education is expected to benefit a more just, democratic, and sustainable world. In this session, let us discuss the role of (higher) education in global development and the way we live with ongoing changes and contribute to the global development as educational stakeholders.
