一、培養(yǎng)定位Cultivation Goal

NJU-UMSL國(guó)際雙學(xué)位MBA項(xiàng)目為南京大學(xué)與美國(guó)密蘇里·圣路易斯大學(xué)共同推出的雙學(xué)位MBA項(xiàng)目，由兩校優(yōu)秀師資授課, 致力培育理論基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)、英文溝通嫻熟的國(guó)際化職業(yè)經(jīng)理人。

NJU-UMSL International MBA Program is a joint program cooperated by Nanjing University and University of Missouri-Saint Louis, taught by excellent instructors from the two universities, which is committed to cultivate international professional managers with solid theoretical foundation and excellent English communication skills.

二、培養(yǎng)模式Cultivation Mode

本項(xiàng)目學(xué)制2.5年，采取1+1的辦學(xué)模式。第一年在南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)，第二年赴美到密蘇里·圣路易斯大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，第二年中有三個(gè)月在跨國(guó)公司帶薪實(shí)習(xí)。

NJU-UMSL International MBA Program lasts for 2.5 years, with 1+1 learning mode. Students will attend courses in Business School of Nanjing University for the first year, and study in UMSL for the second year, with nine months course learning and three months paid internships.

三、學(xué)位授予Degree Awarding

學(xué)生修滿(mǎn)規(guī)定學(xué)分，完成帶薪實(shí)習(xí)，通過(guò)南京大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文答辯后，將分別獲得密蘇里·圣路易斯大學(xué)頒發(fā)的MBA碩士學(xué)位證書(shū)以及南京大學(xué)的碩士學(xué)位證書(shū)和研究生畢業(yè)證書(shū)。

After completing the required credits, completing the paid internships and passing the oral defense of graduation thesis of Nanjing University, students will be awarded UMSL MBA Degree, NJU MBA Degree and NJU Master Graduation Certificate.

四、報(bào)考資格Application Qualifications

1、國(guó)內(nèi)在職 MBA 、國(guó)際雙學(xué)位 MBA（NJU-UMSL）：大專(zhuān)畢業(yè)工作 5 年或 5 年以上者；本科畢業(yè)工作 3 年或 3 年以上者；研究生畢業(yè)工作 2 年或 2 年以上者。其中，國(guó)際雙學(xué)位 MBA (NJU-UMSL)為南京大學(xué)與美國(guó)密蘇里?圣路易斯大學(xué)合作創(chuàng)立的“南京大學(xué)-密蘇里·圣路易斯大學(xué)國(guó)際 MBA 項(xiàng)目”（GPA 達(dá)到 3.0及以上；TOEFL 達(dá)到 79 分及以上；GMAT 達(dá)到 500分及以上）。南大MBA同學(xué)和校友可報(bào)名。

2、外國(guó)留學(xué)生：報(bào)名需在南京大學(xué)海外教育學(xué)院網(wǎng)站注冊(cè)并提交相關(guān)信息，之后參加由商學(xué)院組織的面試，面試通過(guò)后，由海外教育學(xué)院發(fā)放錄取通知書(shū)。

College graduates who have worked for 5 years or more; Undergraduates who have worked for 3 years or more; Postgraduate work for 2 years or more, for NJU-UMSL International MBA Program, applicants should achieve: GPA≥3.0, TOEFL≥79, and GMAT≥500.

• International Students

Applicants should register and submit relevant information on the website of Institute for International Students of Nanjing University, and then attend the interviews organized by Business School. After passing the interview, the Institute for International Students will issue the admission letters.
