【MBA中國網訊】為了進一步拓展MBA學生的國際商務視野，每年暑假期間嶺南（大學）學院都會組織學生前往美國麻省理工學院斯隆管理學院（MIT Sloan School of Management）和歐洲頂級商學院進行游學。游學內容包括課程、企業(yè)參訪和學生活動等。課程和參觀費用由嶺南（大學）學院承擔，入選學生需自行承擔出行、住宿、用餐等方面的個人費用。

在申請游學項目之前，請認真閱讀以下內容。

如何申請

說明：對于未獲得雅思成績6.5及以上或托福成績90 iBT級以上的學生，建議在申請開放后立即點擊“申請”進行報名；如符合相應語言成績要求，請先將語言成績證明作為附件上傳，并點擊“申請”。在截止期前可以更新你的語言成績證明或撤銷申請；在進行申請之后，請在MBA系統(tǒng)的“個人資料 – 我的簡歷 – 基本信息”更新有效護照信息，并上傳護照頁。如果你還沒有護照，請盡快辦理護照并上傳護照頁，以免耽誤之后的手續(xù)辦理；入選學生需在指定日期前簽署并提交《2020 MIT游學承諾書》或《2020歐洲游學承諾書》。如學生未能按時提交游學承諾書，則視為自動放棄入選名額，相應名額將依排序給到候補名單上的學生。在所有游學承諾書提交之后將公布最終游學名單。

入選學生須知

1. 一旦入選，則視為承諾參與游學項目。入選學生應遵守游學承諾書的要求，除了某些不可預見的情況外（主要是不可抗力），不能退出游學，否則將失去2020秋學期的選課資格，并記錄在嶺南MBA學生誠信記錄管理系統(tǒng)中，相關記錄可能影響你申請其他項目或獎學金；非全日制學生需提供公司的準假證明；2. 入選學生須保證不違反游學國家和中國的所有法律法規(guī)；3. 住宿參考：整個游學團會入住同一間酒店，通常MBA中心會進行團體預訂，之后每個入選學生支付個人住宿費用。請注意在簽署并提交游學承諾書后，如在游學開始前退出游學或在游學結束前提前離開，也需要承擔因你的退出/離開產生的相關費用，包括但不限于住宿費用；MIT游學團可能入住MIT附近的Holiday Inn Express酒店（待定）。參照去年費用標準，該酒店團體入住的費用約為每房每晚250美元；歐洲游學團會入住安特衛(wèi)普管理學院附近的酒店。參照去年費用標準，學校附近的酒店費用約為每房每晚800-1000人民幣。通常安排兩名學生入住一個房間。上述價格僅供參考。如有任何疑問，請咨詢嶺南MBA中心：余雅麗，yuyali@mail.sysu.edu.cn，020-84112090；陳鈺冬，danielacydong@mail.163.com，020-84111709。

To further broaden the global business vision of MBA students, every year in Summer Holiday, Lingnan (University) College organizes international study tours at MIT Sloan School of Management, USA and top business schools in Europe.

The study tour includes lectures, company visits and student events. The fees for lectures and visits will be undertaken by Lingnan (University) College, but the selected students shall bear their own personal expenses regarding traveling, accommodation, meals, etc..Please read the following information carefully before you apply:

1)Applicants CANNOTapply for Study Tour at MITand Study Tour at Europe at the same time.

2) As there are limited seats for Study Tour, everystudent can only join in UP TO ONE Study Tour all through the Lingnan MBAProgram. Students who have attended the study tour program are not eligible toapply.

3) Application will NOT be considered if applicantshave 2nd and above level of adverse credit history against “Lingnan MBA StudentHonour and Integrity Code Assessment System”.

4)Postponement of thesis defense and graduation willbe a requisite if the applicant is due to graduate before the Study Tour.

5)The Study Tours areone-credit optional courses.Only the selected students can attend the program,and must attend all the lectures, company visits and events arranged by host schools and Lingnan timely and fully.

Application Guideline

- It is highly suggested that the students without valid report of IELTS 6.5 and above or TOEFL 90 iBT and above click “apply” of your desired study tour once the application opens.- If you have valid IETLS 6.5 or above OR TOEFL 90 or above, please submit your valid TOEFL or IELTS score report and click apply. Before the deadline, you may also update your score report orwithdraw your application.- After you do the application, please completelatest valid passport informationand uploadthe passport page in “Account – Profile –Basic Information”. If you still do not have a passport at the moment, please apply one as soon as possible, and upload the passport page soon as you have.- The admitted students shall sign and submit the Statement of Undertakingbefore due date as informed.If the admitted student does not submit the letter of undertaking within the deadline, the vacancy will be given to the students in the waiting list according to their application time order.The final name list will be published after all the letters of undertaking are collected within the appointed time.

Requirementsfor Selected Students

1. Once selected, it is expected that you will honor your commitments to this opportunity. Except for some unforeseen circumstances (mainly force majeure), you cannot withdraw from it.

The selected students should be abided by the statement of undertaking you signed. Otherwise,you may lose the right to apply for optional course in the coming semester. Moreover,it will affect your personal credibility and be recordedin “Lingnan MBA Student Honor and Integrity Code Assessment System”, which may cause loss of eligibility in applying for programs or scholarships.

For part-time students, proof of vacation allowed by your company will be needed.

2. The students admitted to the Study Tours must promise not to break any law or policy in the host country and P.R. China.

3.Accommodation Reference:

As the whole study tour group shall stay in one hotel, we’ll usually book hotel rooms all together. But every admitted student shall do their own payment. Please be noted in case you are admitted after signing of commitment letter, but give up before the tour starts or leave the tour before it ends, you shall also bear the relevant cost/lost occur caused by your leave, including but not limited to the accommodation fees.

- The Study Tour Group in MIT would probably stay in Holiday Inn Express near MIT. For staying in Holiday Inn Express, the group price would be around USD 250 per room per night according to Study Tour in MIT in the past years.

- The Study Tour Group in Europe would stay in hotel near Antwerp Management School. Accordingto Study Tour in Europe in the past two years, the hotels near campus wouldprobably charge around RMB 800-1000 per night per room.

- Usually two students share a room. The above price is just for reference.
