Victoria:TheenterpriseandconsumermarketsinChinaarecomplex.Successfulstartupsneedtonotonlyunderstandthemwell,butalsobeagileenoughtochangewhencompetitionswoopsin.Thelocalenvironmentencouragesthistypeofrapidgrowthmindset.EachyearIvisitChina,thereseemstobesomesortofexponentialchangewhetherit’sinitstransportationinfrastructure,governmentprograms,orconsumerbusinesses.I’mimpressedbyChina’sambitionandadaptability.
