6月15日，尹淑萍博士應(yīng)邀走進(jìn)中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)MBA教育中心，為該院學(xué)子講座。此次講座是MBA國際項(xiàng)目《全球菁英》系列活動(dòng)2019年第1期。此后，中心還會(huì)邀請(qǐng)更多全球菁英為本院學(xué)子帶來更多國際化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享，幫助學(xué)子們搭建國際化平臺(tái)、擴(kuò)充國際化視野。與此同時(shí)，李海燕老師代表中心正式向尹淑萍博士頒發(fā)企業(yè)導(dǎo)師聘書，期待尹淑萍博士未來精彩的授課與指導(dǎo)。

尹淑萍博士是北京思拜恩科技發(fā)展有限公司、內(nèi)蒙古思拜恩農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司和云南思拜恩農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人、總經(jīng)理，內(nèi)蒙古巴彥淖爾市思拜恩農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社黨支部書記、理事長(zhǎng)，原北京市農(nóng)林科學(xué)院果樹研究所副研究員。曾任西班牙艾諾斯種業(yè)有限公司中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理。系內(nèi)蒙古巴彥淖爾市“河套英才”高層次引進(jìn)人才，中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)中農(nóng)創(chuàng)學(xué)院第二期學(xué)員。

本次講座中，尹淑萍博士通過對(duì)比西班牙草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)和中國草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)，探討了中國種植業(yè)走向產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)?；?、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的方向與模式。尹淑萍博士通過生動(dòng)的圖片展示，與同學(xué)們分享了西班牙草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的肥料控制（control head of fertilization）、可拆卸塑料隧道技術(shù)(Removable plastic tunnels)、機(jī)械化種植技術(shù)（Advanced mechanization of farm work）、流程分工協(xié)作管理（Specialized nursery）以及其高土地利用率、高產(chǎn)能等一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化種植模式與成果。同時(shí)，對(duì)其產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)代化分選、質(zhì)量控制、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化包裝、冷鏈運(yùn)輸、追蹤化產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)品全球售賣策略等產(chǎn)業(yè)化、規(guī)?；?biāo)準(zhǔn)化產(chǎn)業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的陳述。此外，針對(duì)中國草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀與西班牙產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地對(duì)比，幫助現(xiàn)場(chǎng)同學(xué)了解到未來產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方向與市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。

講座后，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)同學(xué)反響熱烈，踴躍提問，尹淑萍博士對(duì)同學(xué)們的問題進(jìn)行了耐心解答。同學(xué)們紛紛表示，此次講座使同學(xué)們更深入地了解了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，讓同學(xué)們受益匪淺。

‘Global Elite’ Series Lecture #1

—From the Spanish Strawberry Industry to the Industrialization of Chinese Planting Industry

Dr. Shuping Yin was invited by China Agriculture University MBA Education Center to give a special lecture on June 15. This is the first lecture of ‘Global Elite’ Series held by China Agricultural University MBA Education Center in 2019. On behalf of the MBA Education Center, Ms. Haiyan Li formally awarded the Certificate of Appointment for Entrepreneur Mentor to Dr. Shuping Yin. We look forward to having more lectures and instruction from Dr. Yin in future.

Dr. Shuping Yin is the Co-founder and General Manager of Beijing Sci-Bio Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd., Inner Mongolia Sci-Bio Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Sci-Bio Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd.. She is also the Party Branch Secretary and Chairperson of Specialty Cooperative of Sci-Bio Peasants in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia. Dr. Yin used to be the Research Associate at the Fruit Tree Research Institute of Beijing Academy of Forestry. She was the former General Manager China of Eurosemillas S.A.. Dr. Yin is one of the high-level talents brought in via “Hetao Talents Plan” by Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia. She has been the student of Class 2, School of Entrepreneurship, CAU.

By comparing Spanish strawberry industry with Chinese strawberry industry, Dr. Yin shuping explored the direction and mode of Chinese planting industry towards industrialization, economies of scale and standardization. Through the vivid pictures, Dr. Shuping Yin shared the standardized planting method and the achievement of Spanish strawberry industry in fertilizer control, detachable plastic tunnel technology, planting mechanization, process management, and high rate of land utilization as well as high productivity, respectively. Meanwhile, in terms of product sorting, quality control, standardized packaging, cold chain transportation, product tracking and global marketing strategy, Dr. Shuping Yin explained in detail. In order to help MBA students better understand the market potential and the trend of industry development, Dr. Shuping Yin made an in-depth analysis in the current situation of Chinese and Spanish strawberry industry.

The lecture aroused the interest of students. Many of them asked questions to Dr. Yin and Dr. Yin answered all questions patiently. Students expressed that the lecture gave them valuable insights into the advanced experience of agricultural products industrialization.

Global Elites Series Lecture helps the MBA students build the global network and broadens their horizons. More lectures will be conducted in the near future, and the MBA Center will invite more global elites to share their successful experience with our students.
